Transmittance#1.5

ABOUT PERFORMANCE

Transmittance 1.5 version was realised through a collaboration with ESC Gallery in Graz. Maja Delak and Luka Prinčič took part in a third week of worklab organized by ESC Gallery. The focus of that week was steping deeper into the possibilities of interpretation of data from a nano-satellite. Research was connected to the "mur.sat" project (nano satellite in low earth orbit, launched by mur.at). Maja Delak and Luka Prinčič integrated the findings of "mur.sat" project into an a/v online set, where satellite positions were processed in real-time and on 26th August 2011 Transmittance#1.5 was created.
