ABOUT WORSHOP / AUDITION

The Belgian director, playwright and performer Marijs Boulogne will give a five-day intensive workshop If Fishes Could Talk. The workshop is intended for dancers, actors and performers, who will commonly, developed dancing, theatrical, singing and performative elements of author’s text Marzipan or Plexi. The workshop will be composed of group singing, acrobatics at dance bar and singing, dancing and acting improvisation about fantasmatic and fairytale themes. During the workshop, the author will make a selection of seven performers, who will continue with the study process which will result in an ad hoc project, based on the author’s text Marzipan or Plexi. 

The ones interested in application should have time during 6th and 15th March as well as 19th and 22nd March, when performance will make a guest appearance in Old Power station in Ljubljana and Tanzquartier in Vienna. 

Application is opened to everyone interested in unconventional methods, improvisation and development of imagination.
