Leon Marič: Contemporary dance

contemporary dance class

Leon Marič

The movement class is a combination of one's own imagination through structured technical exercises. It is based on the grounding of weight, with light and weightless quality of movement. A safe space is created where the individual is responsible for his own actions towards himself and towards the attitude of others in the space. A constant feeling of falling body, thoughts, feelings with control over every action that is performed. It consists of warm-up / improvisation, basic technical exercises performed in different qualities of movement, with the completion of all elements / combinations.
