I Transform Myself! STRIP-CONFERENCE is a scenic exploration of the eroticism of image and movement.
This performative conference proposes to deconstruct the poetics of striptease by bringing it into dialogue with the narrative conventions of cinematic suspense, in order to explore how the management of anticipation, suggestion, and the construction of sensory images can generate new forms of expression and cultural contestation. The relationship between the gaze, desire, and visual narrative allows us to approach striptease as a sensual and political dramaturgy, in which the body becomes a vehicle for reflecting on representation from a feminist prespective.
A performance that moves between the absurd, urban dance, expanded cinema and object theatre.
