Anamaria Bagarić (SI): Fluidity

14.09.2022
searching for an interplay of softness and intensity between dance elements

Anamaria Bagarić

About

Through the class, we learn shorter and longer dance sequences, consisting of elements and fluid connections between them. We first get to know the elements through warm-up exercises - a mixture of floorwork, yoga and ballet - we adapt them to ourselves and support them with (pre) exercises for mobility and strength. When dancing through the sequences, we are looking for an interplay of softness and intensity, which gives the feeling that the body flows effortlessly through various forms.
