Nina Fajdiga

Choreographer and performer Nina Fajdiga (1979) was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In 2007 she graduated on Theaterschool – School for new Dance Development – SNDD. As a dancer and performer she has worked with choreographs as: David Zambrano, Pere Faura, Georg Hobmaier, Matej Kejžar, Matjaž Pograjc… In 2006 ITS Festival (International Theatre School) awarded her solo Debris and her as a most promising young choreographer. Her choreographic work consists of: Freedoll, ChitChat, Debris, Made of Iron, Fe.male; HAWBFA. In 2009 she realized her first independent project Sugar Rush, which was supported by European Cultural Foundation ECF in Amsterdam. In the beginning of the year 2010 she gained a certificate for teaching David Zambranos’ “flaying low” and “passing through” technique (50 days with David Zambrano in Costa Rica).
