About

Manca's ballet was never rigid form, caught in the rules of Vaganov, but mainly discipline of the body, that gives the freedom to dance expression. It gradually takes care of complete control, the beauty of the movement and awareness of the state that body is in. Manca usually starts the class with a combined Pilates standing up and / or pillow exercises. She continues the class by the bars, where she tries to soften the students as much as possible, warm them up. She promotes awareness of position of the body in space and detailed awareness of all three dimensions of the movement. This is possible even for those who are not accustomed to this type of control next to such a rigid axis that bars provide. She continues the exercises in the middle of the space with a series of classical exercises transferred over from the bar, to which she adds more and more volume and more shifts into space. Movement is then followed by an interesting multi-genre playlist that ensures contemporary, pleasant, non-hermetical ambience. Manca likes to focus deeply on each student individually and use their personal potential in the direction of the ballet line and the specific quality of the movement.
